What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters, advertising or analytics of our own. The visitor card tool on Visitor Cards works entirely in your browser: what you type is not transmitted to us unless you choose to email the card yourself.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to improve the gallery, and keep it for no longer than 24 months.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.

Legal basis

We process email correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering visitors, and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, under UK GDPR.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to the address above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
